Most shop bought rock salts are perfectly suited to this mill.

All Peugeot salt and pepper mills are sustainably produced in France using materials from PEFCTM certified woodland across Europe. Industrial bi-products such as sawdust are retained and recycled, and solvent-free paint is used for any coloured mills.
